Entries must display a clear understanding of how to apply offsite technology to deliver a sustainable, energy efficient and cost-effective contemporary design.

Particular note will be given to overcoming restrictive and unusual construction sites and working within local planning guidelines and constraints.

Projects must display a clear understanding of how to apply offsite technology and explain how they have displayed innovation and worked collaboratively to help the client achieve its corporate vision whilst demonstrating how cost-predictability, economy, accuracy, transportability, speed of installation, circular economy principles and factory manufacture have been achieved.
