Andrew is Chief Operating Officer at the Structural Timber Association, responsible for managing key projects including the STA Assure quality standards programme, which drives up quality and consistency across the structural timber industry. Before joining the STA, Andrew spent several years with SIG Plc, where in 2012 he established the SIG360 Technical Centre to reduce cost and complexity in construction. Earlier in his career, as Managing Director of Innovare Systems, a leading Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) manufacturer and installer, he helped found the UK’s first SIPs Trade Association, which later became part of the Structural Timber Association.
