Entry Criteria

From supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops, to shopping centres and fitness centres, this award is open to large and small-scale projects – in both footprint, scope and cost – that has employed offsite construction and methodology from initial design to final completion.

Entries must display a clear understanding of how to apply offsite technology to deliver a sustainable, energy efficient and cost-effective contemporary building.

Particular note will be given to overcoming restrictive and unusual construction sites and working within local planning guidelines and constraints.

Projects must explain how they have displayed innovation and worked collaboratively to help the client achieve its corporate vision whilst demonstrating how cost-predictability, economy, accuracy, transportability, speed of installation and principles of lean manufacture have been achieved.
