This award will be given to those that have demonstrated an innovative and integrated approach to create a landmark building or developed a project delivery model with offsite technology at its core.

This can include using any offsite material or system to overcome site or project-specific challenges, using products and systems in a different way to ‘traditional’ delivery and take offsite construction to new performance levels, by employing digital construction techniques and tools, employing principles of the circular economy and factory precision to meet the challenges of designing any type of building.
