Projects can be of any location, scope and size and should all display high levels of offsite manufacture, design and delivery and adopted factory-controlled homes production effectively and economically to create better quality, sustainable places to live and work. The winner will have shown vision in meeting the client and eventual occupier’s needs and show a clear understanding of ‘sense of place’ and community.
