Tim is Head of Design for Mace Construct, responsible for their approach to design management and construction to production (C2P). C2P builds upon Mace’s experience in MMC and off-site assembly to deliver speed and scale benefits to clients and communities. With extensive experience across major contractors, Tim is a previous contributor to CLC working groups and House of Lords select committees. A Fellow of the CIOB, Tim has both an MBA and a RICS Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Reading.
